James embarked on his journey and he quickly gained invaluable experience and laid the foundation for his remarkable career. The last six years James has dedicated his expertise to Sears Real Estate, where he thrived as the Office Manager for the “Cichetti Team”. With a wealth of industry knowledge and a steadfast commitment to client satisfaction, James has solidified his reputation as a trusted leader in the real estate market.  In 2024, James, along with Sears Real Estate, joined Lamacchia Realty with both companies joined forces following an acquisition.

James embarked on his professional journey with a strong foundation in business and management. After completing his education at Holyoke Community College and Westfield State College, James quickly ascended to the role of manager at a prominent Big and Tall retail store, where he honed his exceptional leadership skills over a remarkable 17-year tenure.

Driven by a desire for new challenges and opportunities, James transitioned into the dynamic world of real estate, encouraged by a friend who recognized his natural aptitude for networking and his magnetic personality. It was a decision that would prove transformative. From the moment he stepped into the realm of real estate, James discovered his true calling, and he has never looked back.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, James has made significant contributions to his community. He proudly served eight years on the Agawam City Council, including two years as Council President. In 2017, he boldly ran for the esteemed position of Agawam Mayor, demonstrating his commitment to effecting positive change and enhancing the lives of his fellow residents.

Outside of his professional and civic endeavors, James cherishes time spent with his beloved family and friends. An avid golfer, he enjoys nothing more than combining business with pleasure, often treating his clients to a round of golf while sealing real estate deals on the links.
